RapidSSL(R) - Fourth Quarter 2010
To adequately prepare for the root upgrades, we recommend that you
view the recorded webinar and do the following:
NOTE: The installation process will change for all Thawte (excluding: SGC SuperCerts and Web
Server with EV Certificates) and GeoTrust certificates (excluding True BusinessID with EV, PowerServerID and RapidSSL Certificates) issued after the go live dates.

view the recorded webinar and do the following:
- Review our test websites that use the 2048-bit root and new intermediate certificates (see support advisory links below).
- Communicate the root upgrades and go live dates to your internal support teams.
- Update your existing website and customer collateral with information about installing intermediate CAs. We will also include installation instructions in fulfillment e-mails.
- Communicate the new installation process to your customers.
